Polyball 2005

It's the biggest ball in Europe, so they say. Tens of thousands of expensively-dressed people crowd into the halls of the ETH main building and fill rooms with seething masses of dancing party-goers. Waltz, salsa, funk, everything - it's just incredible. Perhaps next time we'll skip the buffet (go to a restaurant instead) and show up a little later (the lines outside were very long and cold). Overall though, it was a fantastic night and we had a great time ... didn't get home until about 3.30am.

... and then on to the ball!
