After weeks of rain and chilly weather, summer suddenly arrived. Temperature maximums in Zurich went up nearly 12 degrees from one day to the next. On Saturday a few of us went to the Dolder swimming pool to cool off and play some touch football.

The next day Leila and I caught up with a couple of friends to go hiking near Engelberg. But even at altitude the temperatures were pretty warm. Despite that there were a few opportunities to defeat the heat.
