It's Leila's birthday so we throw a wine-tasting party. We had a reasonable selection of reds, but many of our guests brought some nice wines for the tasting as well, so we ended up with 17 bottles. It was a busy night, so many wines and everyone had their own score-sheets to keep. We had a five star chef brought in specially for the event and at the end there was a laser-extravaganza. The best guest wines won prizes, with the winner getting bed & breakfast thrown in.

We host wine tastings from time to time, we sometimes keep records of what we like.
