After school I went on to work at Wallace Bishop (Australia Fair). Through a friend there I met my Husband Beau, we have been married now for nearly 17 years and have three wonderful children, Rebecca is 18 who has just finished her first year at Griffith Uni studying exercise science, Hayley 13 and Thomas 11 (both of whom attend AB Paterson College). Beau and I sold our business, Rustshield Protection, last year and thought we would have 12 months off – but I have ended up working for a friend of the family. The company has just taken over an island on the Great Barrier Reef called “Lady Elliot Island” - I am the Administration & Purchasing Manager for the island. I am based on the Gold Coast but am very lucky to be able to visit the island (to work! LOL) a couple of times a month.
